This is a 5K race on the gorgeous Matteson Trail around The Hamptons golf course in Hampton, VA.

The Help a Hero 5K is race that winds around The Hamptons golf course. The trail is asphalt and ideal for runners of all abilities. Walkers and strollers are highly encouraged to participate on this closed course. You'll enjoy running in the serenity of lush green grass and cool, refreshing lakes.
Online registration ends Saturday, October 19, 2013, at 5:00pm. You can register in person at Station 7 in Hampton or show up race day to register between 7:00-9:15am.
